Older creepy rap song with church bells?

its an older song, from the '90s i think, and i woke up the other day with the beat in my head but no lyrics, no nothin lol...every five-ish seconds a church bell rings...and in between that was like a "twinkling" sound...like if a star could make a sound, that's the sound it would make lol...

the beat is kinda creepy/eerie...

does anyone have any idea WTF i'm talking about? lol its rly bothering me!
