Older cars cheaper to repair?

So, I got into an accident with my sister's car. I'm liable so insurance is not gonna be a help here. Her car is a 1994 Saturn and was in good shape. The right back wheel is dented inward, also the corner bumper is bent in a little, and then little dents on the frame.

Will it be cheap to repair, or should I just give her KBB for it?
