I am a 22 year-old female and my brother's friend is 24.
I can sense that he is attracted to me and always tries to make me laugh and to get my attention, and I like him more than I've ever liked anyone. I think he feels strange about making a move on his friend's little sister, though.
How should I approach this if we're both pretty shy about the situation? (my brother is ok with me dating his friends) I've never known a person I want to be with so much and I don't want to miss the opportunity.
