A friend of mine checked on his outstanding warrants 3 years ago. He was told he had none. He's been pulled over a few times since and nothing came up. On Saturday, he was pulled over and a 13 year old warrant showed up. He was not taken into custody. He was in upstate NY and the old warrant was in Yonkers. Yonkers PD did not want to make the trip. The State police didn't want to take him. Today he will turn himself in. What will be the most likely outcome?
