Old schooL: 6630 vs 668x, which would you sport and why?

6630...been using it for almost 3 years now...bought it for around 650$...
faster,more RAM than the 668x...and from my personal experience faster than any N Series expect the N93 or N95,since all the phones used basically the same Hardware platform...TI 1710
