I did an ESN change for a post pay customer, he is on an old 35.00 plan with mms.
I programmed the phone in workshop, service books in place and wrote the 4399 prl.
Customer came back today with no mms! I checked everything and refreshed the account.
Tried 2 other prl's also *228 a couple times, still no mms. The account does not have wap.
When I *228 i get the 1040 prl. Could the old plan be a problem? I even switched the esn to a QA30 Cricket and back to see if it would help! nothin
