Old Nokia N95 8g or get n97?

It's been a year that i had my Nokia N95 8G and the N97 just came out, but it's an exclusive from bell for almost 600$, i'm with rogers, so considering i'm addicted to the phones camera, i'm in need of music since i also use the phone as an mp3 and i do texting and internet, is it worth just getting the N97 full price at bell considering it has the qwerty and 32G external memory? Is it better to just get it and keep my old phone or sell it?

The reason I put this 3 choices is because the n97 wont be appealing in a year or so cpu its low as well as ram. this phone are good phones with a good camera. are you willing to try other OS other than S60?
