John Ritter made this comedy movie (maybe in the early 80s?) about a post-energy crisis America riding around on bicycles, and I think in the opening scene, you see a Volkswagen Beetle car half-buried in the ground and made into a small 'mobile home' type of thing...it was a parody on how America would look if they took environmental issues to heart...can anyone remember the name of the movie??? thanks...
