Ok I'm trying to find an old disney cartoon and I'm going to try to describe it as best as I can!
1) its in color, not black and white
2) there's little kids in it
3) either a candy land, or maybe Christmas themed?
4) no words, just music
5) I remember watching it when I was little (mid 90's), it used to be on the Disney channel
