Old Cop Car. Fixing the back windows and doors?

THE PROBLEM IS NOT CHILD SAFETY LOCKS.
Is there a wire or something disconnected somewhere that i need to reconnect or something? or is it permanently disabled. help would be appreciated.
 
well if its just like it was you cant open them from the inside anyway... never lost any of my kids it was pretty easy to treach them not to open the door when im driving .. and yes they might be un wire so that they dont open now
 
For the child safety lock it is a switch o the part of the dorr that you can not side when closed if its not there ehtn just glue the locks in back down.
