M mikey m New member Dec 19, 2010 #42 IIRC, as long as Al's in the armor, he's 10 or 11. Despite spending some 4 years or so in the armor during the series/manga, Al's still technically the same age. That's why he was only 14 in the movie while Ed was 18.
