theres this oll cartoon i used to watch and it driving me CRAZY bc i CANT remember the name... it was like this blueish green monster.. hes name was like izzy... or ozzy... i think he wore like a headband or wristband... thats all i can remember yet i ahve this clear image of what he looked like!! can you think of anything similar to what im describing? thankss,.
