I can still remember about it.it is a fable with walking animals about three animal children,one girl which is like a cream-colored bear wearing clothes and two boys which one is a brown duck somewhat short and I don't know if it is a light brown weasel or something, on a quest to find all of the magic scale or something to a big fish who wants to fly using those magic scales.I think it was on Disney Channel around 2000s or not. And there is a 'scale' on the name of the title title I think maybe not.
