I can't remember the name of this movie for the life of me. In my childhood I watched it allot, and it would cheer me up when I was down. It couldn't have been that long of a movie. The only part I remember is the teddy starts to cry and when a tear hits the floor, it turns into a fairy. I think the fairy grants wishes or something.
I know it may seem like a weird question, but when I was really young it helped me get though allot of stuff. I would like to share this with my family some day.
