My mother works in OK at a hospital - I live in FL she told her supervisor about 5 months ago that in April she wanted 3 weeks off (2 vacation and 1 she could handle not being paid) so she could be here for delievery of my baby. She lives THIS SUNDAY (april 4th) and they told her TODAY (march 31) if she didn't come back that 3rd week she would be fired. is there anything she can do?
