i haven't even have a *basic* understanding of it.

HEY - i think i've been to that site! ludwig van/von mises (or something like that)?
i always come across their articles while i'm at work, so i can only briefly scan 'em. oo, i think i actually bookmarked one today or yesterday - lemme go see what it is
mm-hmm, mm-hmm, i found it... it was about zoning laws (dang it's true. i used to work in landscape arch & land planning - heh, while i lived in a master planned community) it's bizarre... it's just really bizarre...

...lots of "common areas", lol... lots& lots of commons. squeeze those lots so close that you can hear your neighbor walk upstairs & add that square footage into the commons.. errr... i mean "amenities"

. oh my goodness, i'd go on, but it's really bumming me out. the stuff i remember is from, like, a decade ago. i can only imagine what things are like now
damn, it makes me sad. i loved my work.
