the witness at my criminal trial have committed perjury and yes I can prove it..but I was found not guilty and I did serve 37 day in jail while waiting trial, the witness were for the commonwealth ..if the judge turns a blind eye to this crime , is it okay to punish him with poor man's justice..and yes its what you think it is..I nearly punished one of scum but my brother stopped me and called the police on me. so how do I get the judge to his job and remember he took an oath to up hold the law and should I tell him about me taking the law into my own hands..seeking revenge ..thanks

Well perjury is a crime, so if you have evidence that a perjury was committed, you need to give it to the proper authorities like the DA's office so they can prosecute the person. And if the person's statement is found to be material in leading to your conviction, then, and only then, might the judge consider letting you completely off the hook.
