Okay, I read a book WAY back in about 6th grade, It was about a mentally challenged kid and he was a quadrapolegic.
I don't remember much about it.
The 2 main things I remember are :
At one point in the story 2 punks are holding a lighter under his chin watching him twitch.
And the last thing, At the end:
He has a seizure and he says "Whenever I have a seizure i feel free from this cursed and damaged body"
