Okay so what is bluetooth?

What is it and what does it do?
I'm still dont know what.....ya i kno kinda lame that i dont know. But someone explain to me what it's for
I have it on my cell phone
 
bluetooth is when you can hook up your phone to your car and talk completely hands free with no earpiece. the thing is you can talk and the person on the other line can hear you through your dash board and when they talk on the other line you can hear them (their voice comes out of the dash board) my mom has it and it is totally AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
bluetooth is like microsoft's sync program. It's essentially the same thing with different coding.

It is used to connect devices wirelessly, the most common is headsets to phones. It also allows you to connect to others phones and computers to transfer items.

Ps3 uses it to connect microphones and controllers.

Bluetooth allows for hand's free communication between devices. So if you had a headset, you could connect it with your phone. Bluetooth also goes farther than just phones, however. The new apple wireless mighty mouse also uses bluetooth.
 
by using bluetooth, you can transfer like pictures, videos and other files to any other mobile, computer, etc,, if that device has bluetooth system .
