Into the street gutters infront of my apartment. Does anyone know how i could go about getting it out? it was a very important piece plz helpz
okay, it was something illegal, but one day it will not but anyways, it was my new solopipe with a fresh loaded bowl of purp, i got owned
 
you could contact the town hall and ask them what dept is responsible for handling the gutters, they usually have a company or group that can either clean them out or get important things that fall down there. worse comes to worse you can contact the fire dept :o)
