I am completely frustrated.
autotrader, cars.com, craigslist.
I have gotten into an argument with one owner because of overpricing a vehicle over $2,000 and I was willing to meet her halfway, but no agreement. Other owners have been shady, don't have proper documents, etc.
I'm looking for something reliable, if not a Honda or a Toyota (certain models) then I'm looking for safety, low maintenance costs, good fuel economy, etc.
I'm looking for an owner or history of owners that have maintained their cars, have service records or at least. I've looked at dealership used cars, but they overprice their stuff.
I'm starting to think that I'm too picky. I do examine CarFax reports and out of the hundred cars I've checked I've only felt comfortable with about 10 max. 6-7 were sold asap so I had no chance, and the others just didn't work out or the owner decided not to sell.
aaaaaaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm so frustrated. Should I continue searching this way or am I not doing enough?
