Hair on my chin but my penis really hasn't grown much I was just wondering when it will I'm 5 inch erect okay and when they say your balls drop I know they just lower a little when In puberty something about sperm reproduction but under my balls I feel part of my penis and does that mean when they lower that part of my penis will come out and the size of my penis will increase iknow it sounds weird just plz I need someone to plz give me a serious answer and I can ask my parents these type of thing or sibling jsut friends
