Okay so i wrote this poem for English class is it even good?

I have Summer school and the teacher told our class that we had to write a poem about anything except innapropiate stuff

so I wrote this poem
tell me if its good or not

Poem Name: GOODBYE FOREVER

I remember the day i saw your beautiful face
I can't stop thinking when we first met
I asked you to stay
But you moved to a place far, far away
but i hope and pray
that maybe I would see you one of these days
my days without you are always boring and the same
I find myself thinking of you over and over again
I know we had our ups and downs
I know the best things didn't come around
I'm tired of hearing the same song
Tired of living my days that are so long
It still hurts me a little, thinking of the day when you were gone
I know this sounds corny
but i couldn't stay away from you for a while
because i had to see you smile
Yet for some reason I knew you never lied
but for some reason you had to walk out of my life
You said, "GOODBYE"



BUT "GOODBYE" made me cry
