Alright, so I've gained A LOT of weight over the past few years... I've never been the thing girl, but I've really reached a point of like severe obesity!
I'm 21 years old, 5'9 and I currently weight 270 pounds. I know you're thinking how I let it get this bad... and I honestly have no excuse! Whats important here is that I'm ready to make a life style change. I started a few months ago, and I'm lost 25 pounds since then. But the weight kinda stoped coming off because i was only dieting and not excercising. But I'm really really gonna try and do both.
I have a work out video called "walk away the pounds" by Leslie Sansone, and its 3 miles, its about an hour long and I did it twice today, In the morning, and at 9.
Is this enough to help me get to a healthy weight?? How soon can I start seeing results?
