It's the one you get with the extreme package they have and I enabled wireless the other day by phone and I had to call tech support cause my laptop isn't detecting the modem. My laptop has linux mint 10 on it. I know a guy at school that told me to check the 192.168.0.1 motorola site to check my settings I did and when I checked under the wireless settings and checked the Primary network part it says disabled now I know that this is why I can't get any signal. What I want to know is how can I change this because it is grey and I can't activate it? Do I have to call tech support or is there a way for me to do it from my laptop.
