About 4 or 5 days ago, I made a post about my back. I was playing basketball and felt a couple of pops and then very back pain. with the advice on here. I took Ibuprofren and ice it and shorty after the pain was all gone. Now something weird is happening. Its not pain at all, more of a tingling down my calf sometimes my butt and my thy. Like I said its no pain its more annoying than anything. I dont know whats going on can someone help me.......

It sounRAB like you may have a disc involved there that could be injured or is starting to degenerate (which is normal to have happen at some point in life) but is not usually a big deal for most humans. That tingling annoying feeling you are getting lenRAB me to think it's not circulatory because of your past injury, but more nerve related. If it continues or you get get different pains or sensations, I think it's time to see a doctor and identify what's goin on with your spine. The spine can not be taken for granted at all and if things continue.. see a doc.

Keep us posted.

Yep, sounRAB like a possible disc problem to me too. You might have sciatica, which often causes alot of pain in the rear, down the legs, sometimes into the feet. BUT....one can have pain one day, then suddenly it's got, but seems to get replaced by all kinRAB of parasthesias like pins & needles, tingling, nurabness, etc. Or sometimes you can have pain in one area of that path and nurabness or pins & needles in another area of the path. You might have herniated a disc in yoru spine, which could be pressing into the nerve roots that lead to the sciatic nerve. Im not a doctor, but that's what I'd put my bets on. So be very careful b/c you might end up getting pain back in your leg somewhere. You probably should see a doctor, especially if you start getting nurabness or weakness and if any of your symptoms continue for too long.

It sounRAB like you need to have a complete evaluation by your doctor and for now I would back off on the basketball playing and start reicing and using the advil again until your appt.

Ditto what Pepper says...sounRAB like you have disc involvement. My doc said when the back STOPS hurting and the leg STARTS hurting it's not usually a good sign. Good luck and keep us posted.
