Okay aso i went out yesterday and i bought a bunch of healthy stuff becasue

im trying to lose weight--5 pounds? In like 3 months so i do workout at home like pushups and ab stuff but i was wondering, and i know i need water, but could water be replaced by like vitamin water or flavored water and i want to know some healthy foods and some sources of protien and is it a good idea to take vitamin tablets Im 18 and if i should which ones?
