Okay a Question about the hoses exiting a Twin Carburetor on a 1980 Suzuki GS 450?

Okay, ive got two breather hoses on the carb just hanging out and not connected to anything, and then the main fuel line from the fuel cock INTO the carb - is that at least correct?.. then theres another hose port that is on the side facing up in front of the choke adjustment. WHAT GOES THERE?
