Ok, what do these law terms mean in a divorce case?

"DISMISSAL ORDER WITHOUT PREJUDICE FOR PLAINTIFF'S
FAILURE TO AMEND HIS COMPLAINT WITHIN (30) DAYS"

It means the judge divorced and dismissed the divorce because the plaintiff did not make the necessary valid complaints needed to go through with the divorce?

So, it means I'm still married...
This happened in May 2008
 
Right, but since he dismissed it without prejudice, you can go back in 30 days and try again.

Then you should be able to do it again now.
