Ok this is really weird, Body transmitting radio waves?

i have a rigged microphone hooked to my computer using a broken cheap xbox headset and an old comp mic wire, ive spliced the two together into a semi working mic but now if i put the microphone under the top of my lip i can hear a talk show talking about the war in korea and barack obama and a bunch of political stuff

Is my body a transmitter for radio waves??
I think this is the station im hearing
