let's say after that you can go for internship at a place of choice after that. You need to obtain 50% to pass that test. now A got 50% and B got 70%. A has contacts and can join a better place. So does B have any grounds to make A look down on himself, except obviously for the marks? A might actually learn more and be a better professional. Marks don't even matter at all.
