ok so my chemistry lab partner does he want more than just firends?

Well then you should say something, if you dont like him more than a buddy, then tell him so, clear things up before he gets ahead of himself. You shouldnt lead the guy on, guys hate that, and you dont want to ruin a fairly nice friendship now do you?
 
sorry it turned out to be so long
well I knew this guy all year. He is cute and pretty confident about himself. we have been chemistry lab partners since the beginning of the year with 2 other kids who changed over the year.so we have had lots of loughs over the labs.
we sometimes talk about intimate staff but just in general (cause we also are study buddies for chemistry tests and everything and this comes up.(it's usually me and him studying.)
and the other day we had a dinner ( me and him) to subway after we finished the lab homework and staff. he tried to put his hand around me couple of times, we hug time by time like friends after a successful test or something..but we are like buddies. always making fun of each other in a cute way... and just haveing fun...
today when we went to class he put his hand around my neck and says " we are together" to the whole class... but it was kind of confusing. IDK if he meant together together or lab buddies together..
Does he like me?? if yes how can I make hm realize I want him like a buddy only and not change the relationship???
