times a week cuz of school? and because of work. Im seeing some minute changes, like in my arm areas. I go to the gym for about 45-90 min depending on the day and time. I eat healthy, fruits,veggies, and home cooked food and subway if i eat out. i dont overindulge, but i have cheated with cheescake and sweets hear and there. So my question is how long before my arms get that curve, that muscle curve. and how come i dont see much improvement in my chest area? i still see moobs? ive been going bout 3 weeks now. and my arms i see the ball of the muscle but its not as round and tight, still lots of fat. My friends went for six months and there arms are huge and they look totally different. So i was just wondering how long do u think it shud take b4 i see major change. And please done give me that crap-oh everyoens body is dfferent. ITs just sometimes i get discouraged cuz the guys are so big and buff, and i want at least half of that where my arms dont have fat and i have muscle. No i dont drink protein because i dont believe in it, its not worth it to me. Im six foot 220 pounds, but im fat.
