ok so i have a 98 mazda 626 and i hear a clicking noice from under the hood..?

..when i am pressing on the gas intil i get to about 25mph. every time i stop then go again it does it! we just put the engine in so it has mostly new everything! we replaced the drivers side cv joint and the cadilac converter . we are planning to change the passenger side joint soon because thats what my husband seems to think it is. any ideas on what it could be???
 
i dont kno much but it could be your headers! and it will keep gettin worse if it is what i think it is and you dont fix it until your engine goes out!
