...focus better? i found the focus on one object thing and the super brain yoga exercise as well. Now my problem is that i want to do everything and all things at once so my question is do you think its ok to do these exercises together because im trying to focus on one thing and me being my normal self want to do it all and even though its two exercises listed i dont want to over do it. I hope im being clear and if not let me say this the issue im trying to correct is not working on one thing particular its trying to do them all at once so with these exercises its hard for me to tell if im being my normal self (maniac) or is it ok to try the two exercises or take baby steps by just doing one. Sorry for the repetitiveness but i just want my question to be clear im a very scattered thoughts person which is why im taking steps to improve this
