Cr goes (from the left side) from +6 to +3 (to the right side).
so it is reduction, isnt it? as it gains 3 eletrons..? and i am not asking for reducing agent or oxidizing agent. just explain me is it reducing or oxidizing, plz!! aah! this is so confusing..:'(
