Ok me and my g/f are having a debate about Milfs or cheating married women?

So, my opinion is that a younger man is going to have a hard time scoring with a milf or married women if he does not make decent money or have the things that most older men have i.e. house, decent car.

My g/f says the older women would rather have good sex, love, and a good time to make them feel young again despite the man's economic status. What do you think?

I agree with her.
A woman doesn't cheat on her husband because he doesn't have enough money.
She cheats on him because he isn't giving her what she needs sexually.

Also, SOME women (including some MILFs) would have sex with a man just because he has money and she wants things. But just because she is a MILF doesn't mean that she only wants money and a man with material assets.
I would say that any decently attractive younger man could get the attention of a MILF and she would have sex with him if she was attracted to him.
If you are just talking about a MILF having a sexual relationship with a man, then it wouldn't matter if he had money or not. It would matter if he had a penis and a tongue.
