ive never been to the Capital as an adult and i would want to miss out on anything!

The market at Covent Garden is actually open every day, but is at its largest and busiest at the weekend. Its actually not that big, and is really no more than a touristy arts & crafts market...real Londoners never bother with it. If you want a proper genuine street market, visit Portobello Road market near Ladbroke Grove on Saturday, or Petticoat Lane market near Liverpool Street on Sunday.

Well firstly you are in theatreland so you if you can get a cheap ticket for a matinee or evening performance it will be fun. Try www.lastminute.com for tickets including meals or go to the TKTS booth in Leicester Square for some good discounts on the day. For bars try the Langley in Langley Place or the Porterhouse and Jewel Bars on Maiden Lane. To eat, try the Rock Garden where you can sit outside or Chez Gerard which is upstairs in the Covent Garden market area. For shops there are tons but Monsoon, East, Nine West, Nicole Farhi are good for a look. There's also a nice Molton Brown shop. There is also a Karen Millen, Hobbs and Dune for some expensive shopping. There is the London Transport Museum on the corner, the Royal Opera House. In the evening there are often street performers on the cobbles which are fun to watch and buskers too. Go upstairs in the Punch and Judy pub to get a good view. The Cornwall Pasty shop also has a bar upstairs which has a balcony on it. For clubs Roadhouse is good and has live bands and is open till 3. The market is every day during the day and sells hand crafted items, pictures, trinkets, sweets etc. The Nag's Head and the one opposite pubs are outside the station and nice old fashioned English pubs. Go to the Lamb and Flag pub for an olde England pub (oldest pub in London). there is always TGI Fridays and Pizza Hut if you aren't flush with cash and a Wagamama's Noodle bar. The Jubilee Market also sells hand crafted items and is to the south of the piazza. Neals Yard is worth a visit and not far from Covent garden where you'll find the famous Neal's Yard Remedies. Have a good trip.

like what restaurant, bar or? Covent Garden is an area with lots of places to eat, has a market through the week. That is the centre of it. However the whole area of CG has some nice shops, clothes, shoes and the like, depends on what you are after.
