...are the chances...? We have been TTC for 2 1/2 years now. This month was on 200mg clomid. An ultrasound last Thursday found a 20-30mm follicle on my right ovary. We did and IUI (artificial insemination) on Friday. According to fertilityfriend.com I ovulated on Friday, the day of the IUI. It is now a week later and my Dr. had me go in for a blood progesterone test to make sure I ovulated (since that has been my problem in the past). It was 26.8, which is great. I work at the hospital so I had the tech draw an HCG blood pregnancy test as well. It was negative. How long exactly does it take for hcg to register in blood? Do you think there is any chance that 7 dpo could be too soon for such a test. I am just so ready for this to happen finally! Thanks!
