days when I go on 4 mile walks.?
Ok, I'm dieting and I'm wondering if I'm supposed to eat extra calories on days when I go on 4 mile walks.
I'm already cutting my calories to 1,600kcal give or take.
If I burn 300 on a 4 mile walk and will have eaten 1600 by the end of the day, shouldn't I still come in at 1600?
Do I eat another 300 calories to take me up to my 1600? Because I'm already cutting calories, right?
1600 minus the 300 is 1300, which is too few calories, right?
Well, at least that is my logic.
