Ok, I think I need a lawyer on this one?

I took my Ex-Landlord to small claims court for a deposit that she never returned to me. Court costs and all totaled to 1250.00 She never showed up in court so the Judge awarded me the claim. Now I find out that she doesn't really have to pay it, I have to put a lien on her house. Does anyone know the procedure on this type of case? Will I ever get my money?
 
Call the court & ask exactly what is required to place a lien on the house or something she owns. If the house doesn't get sold for a long time only then will you see the funds.
