ok i need some help i have a strange lump on my vagina and I don't know what it is?

i have a little like growth looking thing on my left lip and it hurts allot and im only 14 and i don't want to go to a doctor i just want to know what it is can some one help i have not had sex and i have masturbated i shower almost every day and i keep myself clean and i am really scared about this but like i said i don't want to go to a doctor
