ok i need a little help on a poem?

i know this sounds stupid but i think it may help. i need Inspiration.... big time ok well i would like to get this done tonight or just the outline of it. ok well have you ever felt the pain of you most beloved one slipping away or felt you might be losing them though there is a strong bond? well i want my poem to be filled with love joy but yet pain and sorrow i know sounds kinda hard but any lines or thoughts will do
