Ok I need a bit of help

I have... some verizon phone and I just upgraded to the Juke. Now.. I know there are probably 8 other threads on this but I can't seem to find them. How do I switch all of my info (i.e. contacts, pictures, ringtones) from my current phone to the new Juke?

If you are subscribed to Verizon's Backup Assistant than you can do it from that if not any Verizon store will do it for you. It used be free, now I believe there is a small fee associated with it.

Indeed. I was just wondering if there was anyway I could do it myself in my home in a matter.. of seconds. But I guess not. Much appreciated.
