ok so as i said it is not like it hurts me but is feels really weird. I usually feel it after I eat chef boyardee ravioli's or Spaghetti O's or quaker chewy granola bars and i have no idea what it is i hope I am not dieing if somebody can help that would be really cool, thanks!
