ok i have a mazda rx8 2004 and every once in a while when im driving it...

...sounds like i have a flat....? basically it keeps making a strange noise and im curious is it it not rotated tires or what?
 
Your question sounds like it's a cheer when you start it out with "Ok." Anyway, it could be a number of things. Take it to a tire place and have them look at it.. it's free.
 
maybe your tire is very flat and needs more air? but you can go to a local tire shop like firestone or any other one and have them check your tires. the bill will not be that much.
