Check with the Siemens website they will ofer tech support as to drivers for you're device, you will probably have to put the cable in or something or you might even need a newer Firemware update for the mobile itself.

If you cannot do that or it does not work then a replacement will probably be needed.
 
i rebooted it using disc but now i have no internet as the network adapter is missing how can i get it back, thanks in advance
