I have a 1999 Yamaha Vmax 500 and i want to customize it but i also want to try to not spend a lot of money. What should i do to customize it? What i thought was take all the stickers off so it is full black and paint red racing stripes on it. IDK if this would be hard or not but if you have done something like this, any suggestions? I was also planning on getting some red LED light strips for it and putting some in the vents and down the running boards. possibly in the ski wells, but i'm not for sure how to hook these up to a magneto or even without having to hook them up to the headlight. i was planning on getting some hand guards and also i wanted to smoke the headlight so it looked black. Any other suggestions? i wanted to get risers for this but i really do not have money. Thank you for reading this extremely long description!
