are chasing you? because you were the previous owner of the vehicle. you keep telling them it was not you and you've sent them several photocopies of the V5 certificate (Log book) with the new owners details.
what can you do if they start harassing you with letters such as "Final warning, Court dates, Pay now etc etc ".
