ok, today was enjoying my bad, relaxing, haven fun, and i got a call from my cuz trish tell me that my cuz jenna slit her rist, and is goin to be stuck in the hospital for 7-10 day's , now she my aunt and my cuz jenna ( the 1 taht slit her rist ) both have there names on the tiltle to her 2003 dodge strauts, and the aunt has insurance in her name only, not my aunt and my cuz, my aunt only, now jenna's mom showed up at the hospital and took the keys to her daughters car, even no that she is not allowed in that car, realy no body likes her in our family, she just showed up talking to my cuz like she cared and took her keys, she called me saying yes i get jenna's car for 10 days, now my aunt heard about it and tryed calling her telling her she is not allowed to drive that car ( cuz it is in my aunts name, and insurance,) she wouldnt awner the phone, soo my aunt left a message ,, you drive that car i will put it down as stolen ,,, she never called back, and she is drivin the car to this time,. now we called the police and reported it as stolen and talk to the chief and he told my aunt that she can not go up and just take the keys awa from her, that dont make since, its in my aunts name, she paid 10,000,00 for it for my cuz, but my question is that if we would go up and tow it home will my aunt be introuble??? cuz we ant allowed just to walk up to her and get the keys,, but if she would tow it will she get in trouble??? and if she cant get the car back and report it as stolen, and they find it and tow it, will we get the car back? or what tip of fee's would there be? and what kind of prove do we need showing that we own the car, ????????????????
